Chicken biryani in easy steps.

2009.11.05
Wash basmati rice. Set aside.

Marinade chicken for at least an hour with curd (yoghurt to you), ginger-garlic paste, a dash of red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Dice onions and fry until golden brown. Chuck in the chicken, stir until hal-cooked. Next chuck in the rice. Cook until done!

Serve hot!

So simple, really!
